May Bank Holidays
There are two Bank Holidays in May 2013, the first on Monday 6th May and the second on Monday 27th May. Unfortunately, the JTX Fitness office will be shut on both of these days and there will be no deliveries on these dates. For more information, feel free to call us on 01273 453855. If you have arranged a delivery for a Bank Holiday Monday, this will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Orders made before lunch time (12pm) on the Friday before the Bank Holiday Monday can be delivered on the Saturday for a £15 surcharge. Please call 01273 453855 for more information.
We offer a free next business day delivery service for mainland UK customers (apart from the Scottish Highlands). Order your machine before 12pm Monday- Friday for guaranteed next day delivery.
For delivery to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands please call our customer service team on 0800 8030493 for delivery options and details of the surcharges which we unfortunately have to pass on from our couriers.
The following specialist delivery services can be selected when you checkout:
- AM delivery (£12 surcharge)
- Saturday delivery (£15 surcharge)

Please note:
If you are ordering a treadmill you will need to make sure someone is available to help with the delivery as it will be delivered to your door by one person and is very heavy. If you are ordering a Pro-10 or Pro-50 it is advised that someone is available to assist with delivery for the same reason.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you are. Should you wish to return anything you bought from us we will be happy to offer a refund (minus delivery costs) provided that the product is returned within 28 days in a fully resalable condition.
