Kitesurfing made easy!

One of the guys in our team started getting into kite surfing at the end of last summer and it made him realise that he hasn’t got any stomach muscles!  After every session he complained for two days every time he laughed because his stomach was in agony. So we pointed out that the vibration plates that we sell are perfect for improving that kind of thing, and he has been on the JTX Pro-10 at least once a week doing crunches throughout the winter.

Warmer weather is now just around the corner and he is hoping that his work on the Pro-10 will pay off. I’ll let you know how he gets on, but he is confident!
