To ensure you make the most of the benefits from cross training the Strider X7 is fitted with an 11kg flywheel. The 11kg flywheel allows the Strider X7 to offer a large range of resistance which is useful for varied workouts as well as experienced users.

To ensure the stability of the machine is not compromised by the inclusion of such a large fly wheel the Strider X7 is constructed from higher grade steel. This is illustrated by the 53kg weight of the machine and is reflected by the fact that it can accommodate users of 140kg.

The resistance is controlled automatically using the Strider X7’s large colour touchscreen. As well as its 14 programmes it can be configured to train based on time, speed, distance, calories burned or target heart rate.

We offer a free next day delivery service for all fitness machines

All accessories will be sent 1st class by royal mail.

Order your machine on a business day before 12pm and we will deliver on the next business day (2 day service for Northern Ireland and Ireland). The following specialist delivery services can be selected when you checkout:

AM delivery (£12 surcharge)

Saturday delivery (£15 surcharge)

Choice of delivery date (free of charge)

There is a £40 surcharge if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately we cannot send treadmills, cross trainers, or the JTX5000 to Northern Ireland due to excessive courier charges.

Treadmill orders:

If you need your treadmill quick our next day service is great, and its free. But please be aware it will be delivered by one man who will need help getting it to your door (it's very heavy) and getting it inside will be down to you. If you can wait a few extra days choosing our 2 man delivery service will ensure that you don't have to lift a finger, the treadmill will be taken to a room of your choice and all for just £20.
