If you are not completely satisfied with your cross trainer within the first 28 days we offer a money-back guarantee. We will arrange a convenient time to pick up your machine and refund you, minus the £40 delivery charge, as soon as we receive it back.

Warranties

This cross trainer comes with a two year home- use warranty. In the unlikely event that you have a problem we will arrange a specialist fitness equipment engineer to come to your home, at a convenient time, to fix it. The warranty includes the cost of the engineer and any parts that are needed to get you huffing and puffing again, fast.

** We love bank holidays…. The extra time in bed, no Sunday evening blues and the 4 day week! Unfortunately our couriers also like to take bank holidays off. So that means any items ordered after lunch time on Friday 24^th May will not be picked up by the Courier until Tuesday 28 May (and delivered the next day). Due to the weight of this machine you may need some help to move it. We have several delivery options for you if you live inside ‘mainland UK’. You can choose any of these in the checkout process: 

Want it fast?: If you are feeling strong and are prepared to help the driver we can get you up and running quickly. You can choose from the following services in the checkout process: 

• Next day delivery on all orders received before 12pm on a business day (Free, Mon- Fri)* 
• Pick a day of your choice (Free, Mon- Fri),* 
• Morning Delivery (+£12, Mon- Fri), 
• Saturday delivery (+£35,  ordered before 12pm on Friday),* 

If you are prepared to pitch in the courier can help you take the cross trainer off the van and to your front door. From your front door it’s up to you to move it to the room of your choice. This is the quickest and cheapest way to have your cross trainer delivered. This delivery option is not recommended if you live in a flat. 
*This is an all day courier service (8am- 6pm). 

Want help with the delivery? (+£20): Two people will carry the cross trainer off the lorry and into the room of your choice. This service will take up to 5 working days to deliver but the delivery company will call you first to arrange a convenient two hour delivery slot.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver this cross trainer outside of ‘mainland UK’ due to courier costs. This includes: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
