If you are not completely satisfied with your exercise bike within the first 28 days we offer a money-back guarantee. We will arrange a convenient time to pick up your machine and refund you, minusthe £40 delivery charge, as soon as we receive it back.

Warranties

This exercise bike comes with a one year warranty. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, we promise to fix it within seven days of collecting it from you. Our warranties are exceptional, covering all parts and labour costs and, most importantly, arranging the free collection and return of your machine. Most fitness equipment retailers only offer a ‘return to base’ warranty, leaving you to arrange and pay for collection and returns costs of up to £150.

If your machine becomes faulty after your warranty period we’ll do everything we can to provide you with an affordable solution. Call us to find out how we can help.

The Large Print (there are no hidden terms and conditions when it comes to our brilliant warranties–just a few small requests!):

• Please do not use these machines in commercial premises such as gyms, high street shops or beauty salons – we cannot provide a warranty for this type of use.
• You will need to hold onto the original packaging to take advantage of all returns and warranty services.

** We love bank holidays…. The extra time in bed, no Sunday evening blues and the 4 day week! Unfortunately our couriers also like to take bank holidays off. So that means any items ordered after lunch time on Friday 24^th May will not be picked up by the Courier until Tuesday 28 May (and delivered the next day). There are also no deliveries on Monday 27 May no matter what day you order. Confused when you will receive your item? Give our office a call and we’ll be happy to help you. **

Delivery of this exercise bike is FREE! We work with three national courier companies to get you your new bike straight away. If you purchase before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and you live in mainland UK we can deliver your machine the following business day. This is an all-day courier service (8am – 6pm).

You can also select the delivery day of your choice (FREE), or choose a morning delivery service (+£12) or a Saturday (8am-6pm) delivery (+£15) in the checkout process. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver this bike to outside of ‘mainland UK’ due to courier costs. This includes: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
