Home-use fitness machines: In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your fitness machine, we guarantee to have you up and running again within seven days of collecting your machine. Our warranties are exceptional, covering parts, labour and delivery costs on all vibration plates and cross trainers and we’ll send out an engineer for all treadmill repairs within warranty. Commercial-use fitness machines: We offer a range of outstanding warranties for machines used in commercial premises (eg gyms, salons and health centres) from next day replacements to on-site repairs. Please see the individual product pages for more details.

After your warranty expires we are happy to offer repairs and servicing at a reasonable cost.
We request that you keep any packaging in a safe place should you wish to return your machine or send it for repair.
