Vibration Plates can be an incredibly effective form of exercise. We’ve already looked at how vibration plates work so now you need to see them in action. Unlike some forms of exercise equipment, the vibrations mean you don’t have to move about as much, so long as your body is in contact with the plate and the vibrations, your muscles are going to be getting a work out.
If you prefer to move about when exercising, a deep squat will work out your quads, gluts and abs more intensely on a vibration plate than if you were stood on the floor.
To give your arms a work out, pulling on the straps at the side of the machines will help tone your upper back and arms.
The vibrations can also provide a calming massage to help relax your muscles too.
