Front Raise Vibration Plate Exercise For Leg Muscles

The front raise predominately works your thigh and leg muscles. It also challenges your shoulders and forearm, giving you a full body workout. This exercise is performed on a vibration plate and uses the static power straps which come free with any JTX vibration plate.

To start with perform the exercise for 30 seconds at a time. As your strength increases increase the amount of time spent performing the exercise.

Front Raise Exercise For Leg Muscles Instructions:

Stand in front of the vibration plate with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the static power straps and hold them with your palms facing down. Raise your straightened arms to make the straps taught with tension. Make sure your knees are slightly bent.

Throughout the exercise keep your back straight and your abdomen strong. Actively pull upwards on the straps to engage your upper body muscles. Keep your arms and wrists straight and your spine neutral.

Your core and deltoids will be targeted with this exercise. Improving these key areas will help to improve your posture making it stronger. It will also help to prevent injuries.
