COVID-19 DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Our delivery partner, Arrow XL, is still making deliveries and their team will be wearing appropriate PPE. Arrow XL will do their best to deliver to your room of choice but this may not be possible for health and safety reasons. In some circumstances, they will only be able to deliver to your front door at ground floor level. The delivery driver will discuss this decision with you to agree the best solution.

Self Isolating?

Please add a sign to your front door if you are self-isolating or would prefer not to have your fitness equipment carried into your home. When the delivery person reads your sign, they will then call you and ask you to verbally accept your package without a signature. If they are unable to speak to you, they will be unable to make the delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If you have an existing order with us and have a question about the product or delivery then we will respond to email enquiries as soon as possible. We are working through issues on a first come first served basis and will respond to everybody within a few days. Please resist sending us multiple messages as this is reducing our response speed. We are doing all we can to maintain our outstanding customer service standards and will be in contact very soon.

WARRANTIES & REPAIRS UPDATE

We normally work with a network of engineers to fix any problems in our customers' homes. Due to the current social distancing measures, we are taking steps to find alternative solutions. We will initially try to diagnose and fix faults over the phone, sending you any needed replacement parts through the post. If necessary and possible, we will arrange for an engineer to attend. We are determined to ensure our customer service continues to be exceptional in these difficult times. However, we ask for your patience while we respond to these new challenges.

Please check fitness equipment availability here. Products that are "in stock" could be delivered as early as the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Due to unprecedented demand, some products will have a longer wait for delivery. We will clearly communicate delivery dates on the product page. You will be able to pre-order most JTX Fitness equipment up to 3 months in advance.
