The JTX Pro-50 is a tri-plane vibration plate. It works in exactly the same way as the vibration plates found in high-end UK gyms. It vibrates in three directions, simultaneously, at high speed. It is a very different movement to the “see-saw” motion traditionally found on oscillation plates.

The distance the plate moves is known as the amplitude. The JTX Pro-50 has two amplitude settings: Low and High. Switching from the Low to High setting has a dramatic affect on the power or intensity of the movement. FREE Vibration Training Starter Kit
The JTX Pro-50 includes a FREE vibration training starter kit which includes a gym ball, floor protection mat, exercise mat, vibration plate exercise DVD and poster. Its also includes exercise straps, designed to extend the range of muscle groups it is possible to work when using the vibration plate. The exercise straps are made from high grade engineered fabric and are used for static exercises. By attaching them to the sides of the plate the vibrations are transmitted from the plate to the arms and upper body. This allows users to complete upper body exercises such as bicep curls or shoulder presses.
