- Equipment must be in place before assembly. Keep your packaging to qualify for the 28-day returns policy.
- Your JTX fitness equipment will be assembled by a specialist fitness engineer within 7 working days* of your order being received.
- Assembly services are available Monday to Friday.
- A specialist engineer will contact you directly to arrange a convenient appointment time.
- The engineer will fully assemble your fitness equipment during the visit.
- You’ll be instructed on how to use the equipment.
- A full check will be carried out to ensure everything is working correctly.
- Any necessary adjustments can be made on site, so your equipment is ready to use straight away.
- To honour our return policy, we advise customers to keep hold of product packaging and disassembly is not offered as standard.
*Some harder to reach postcodes may take a little longer to assemble. Your local engineer will be in touch within 7 working days to arrange assembly. Exclusions for Northern Ireland, where assembly will be booked separately with an engineer within 7 working days.
