The JTX Cyclo-Go: Home Exercise Bike comes with a FREE heart rate chest strap. Target heart rate training can be used to achieve goals ranging from fat burning to maximum aerobic capacity development. A target heart rate is selected depending on your goal and the computer then adjusts the resistance as you train to keep you in your chosen heart rate zone. This is one of the most efficient forms of cardio training.
Watt Training Program
This program allows you to specify a target level of power that you wish to generate while you train. Tracking power generated in watts is widely considered to be the most objective way of measuring cycling performance. When using the program the resistance of your exercise bike will auto-adjust to keep you working at your target level of power.
