Fully Adjustable For Multiple Users
Perfect posture and alignment are achieved by configuring the Quadri-Set™ adjustment system.
The seat and handlebars adjust both vertically and horizontally using quick release handles, allowing users of different heights and body types to find their ideal riding position. This promotes better comfort, reduces the risk of strain or injury, and improves power output during workouts.
Heart Rate Training
Heart rate is measured using either the built-in pulse sensors or wirelessly using a compatible device via the Polar receiver.

Dual Pedal System
The JTX Dual Pedal System features an SPD clip-in cleat system on one side of the pedal for use with cycling shoes, while the other side has toe clips, allowing you to ride comfortably in regular trainers.
Using the SPD cleats allows you to complete a powerful 360-degree pedal stroke. You will train with greater power and efficiency in a closer simulation of road riding.
Multi-Position Ergonomic Handlebars
Multi-position handlebars allow you to find the perfect position for comfort and power. They also feature integrated hand pulse sensors and dual bottle holders.
Tablet Holder
An adjustable tablet holder with tilt and rotation lets you securely attach your phone or tablet to the bike and position it perfectly to avoid neck strain during your ride.
Emergency Stop

Exercise Bike Terminology
Flywheel
The flywheel is a spinning weighted metal disk located at the front of the bike that stores the momentum as you pedal.
The flywheel on an indoor studio cycle is directly attached to the pedals through a transmission system. The resistance its managed through brakes that are in direct contact with the spinning flywheel- much like cycling on a road bike outside.
A large flywheel is essential for a smooth, balanced ride, indoor cycling bike.
SPD cleats
Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) is a clipless bicycle pedal design. A small cleat fits in a recess in the sole of a shoe designed for SPD use. The main advantage of SPD pedals is increased control and efficiency as you pedal.
Resistance
Exercise bikes use different types of resistance to simulate the sensation of riding a road bike. Different types of resistance include friction, magnets or air. Magnetic resistance is increased by moving magnets closer to the bike's flywheel and creating drag. Friction (also known as infinity resistance) works by turning a knob that puts pressure on the flywheel, just like the brakes on a road bike. This type of resistance is commonly seen on indoor cycling bikes. Air bikes do not have gears or resistance levels. The resistance on air bikes is created by a large fan at the front of the bike. As you pedal faster, the more resistance is created and the harder your workout becomes.
