Connectivity to Zwift and Kinomap
Connect seamlessly with Zwift for an engaging training experience. Join a global community to explore, train, and compete virtually. Zwift will prompt you to increase your speed or incline based on the terrain that you see on the screen.
You can also connect to Kinomap for captivating worldwide routes using Google Maps technology. Incline will adjust automatically to match the terrain on the app. Afterwards, you can sync your performance data with Strava.

The digital incline function adds variety and intensity by simulating uphill terrain whilst you are walking or running. With 12 incline levels, the treadmill allows you to focus on particular muscle groups, increase the intensity of your workouts and boost calorie burn.

A clear digital screen tracks time, distance, calories, speed, pulse, and incline. It includes 12 preset workouts, 3 customisable programmes, BMI calculation, and 3 heart rate control options. User-defined programmes allow workouts to be tailored to individual goals.
Heart Rate Program and Polar Receiver
Heart rate-based training efficiently helps you toward your cardio fitness and weight management goals. The JTX RunRise computer system monitors your heart rate and tailors the treadmill’s incline and speed to maintain your optimal heart rate zone.
Use the built-in pulse sensors on the handles, or pair a compatible Polar device—like a watch or the Polar H10 chest strap (sold separately). Connect your smartphone or tablet to monitor and save your workout stats with ease.

Treadmill Terminology
Heart rate monitor
There are two types of heart rate monitors; hand sensor monitors and wearable monitors. Hand sensor monitors come with most fitness machines and they record your pulse through the handgrips. They are good a guide but are rarely accurate. Wearable monitors such as heart rate chest straps and watches are generally much more accurate.
Target heart rate training can be used to assist fitness goals ranging from fat burning and weight loss to maximum aerobic capacity development. Select your target heart rate zone before your workout based on your individual goal. A heart rate chest strap or watch will then monitor your heart rate, giving you real-time feedback so you can maintain the right level of effort to stay in your selected target zone. Many fitness machines link to heart rate chest straps or watches and auto-adjust their resistance to keep you in your target heart rate zone.

Also known as the "running deck", this is the moving belt that you run on.
MOTORISED TREADMILL
This refers to a treadmill containing an electric motor which powers the machine. It is often used to differentiate itself from a manual treadmill, which is self-powered by pushing the conveyor belt with your feet.
