Your Weights & Storage Warranties
What's covered, and for how long

The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered and is registered automatically.
Home use
The warranty applies when the product is used indoors at home by the customer and members of their household.
This is a parts-only warranty. It does not include:
- Engineer call-out visits
- Labour or fitting costs
- Routine maintenance
- Costs of returning the product to us
Our customer support team will help you identify the fault and fit any replacement part.
Bundles
If you buy a product as part of a bundle, each product is covered by its own terms in the table above. If one product in a bundle is faulty, we will replace any parts/ the full product if necessary, or refund the value of that product in the bundle. We will not refund the other products if they are not faulty.
Making a warranty claim
To make a claim, please contact JTX Customer Support with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- Details of where and how the product is being used and stored
We may ask you to carry out some basic checks to help diagnose the problem.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or faults and damage caused by:
Drops and impact
- Dropping or slamming the product, including onto the floor, its dock or the stand. This relates specifically to the adjustable dumbbells and adjustable kettlebell
Misusing the weight selector
- Forcing the weight selector (the twist handle on the dumbbells, or the dial on the kettlebell), or changing the weight when the product is not in its dock. If the selector sticks, please stop and contact us
- Lifting the product out of it's dock when the selector is not fully locked onto a weight setting
Repairs and modifications
- Repairs, dismantling or attempted repairs by anyone not authorised by JTX. If you have an issue, please contact us first
- Using the product with docks, stands or weights not supplied by JTX, or modifying it in any way
Storage and environment
- Outdoor use, or storage in damp conditions
- Rust or corrosion caused by the place the product is kept
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, such as freezing conditions, direct sunlight or being placed near a heater or radiator
Cleaning
- Cleaning with abrasive or harsh products, such as scouring pads, bleach or solvents. For care and cleaning advice, please refer to your user manual
Use and accidents
- Use in a gym, PT studio, class or any commercial or group setting
- Accidental damage, such as knocking the product over or damage during a house move, or the product being lost or stolen. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and is not a substitute for home insurance
Normal wear
- Normal wear from use, and cosmetic marks that do not affect how the product works, such as scuffs, chips or wear on the grip
Extra exclusions for the JTX Dumbbell Stand
- Overloading the stand beyond its 50kg maximum load
- Damage caused by not following the assembly instructions
Extra exclusions for the JTX Keystone Bench
- Exceeding the bench's stated weight capacity
- Damage caused by not following the assembly instructions, including loose or incorrectly fitted bolts when fixing the dumbbell bases to the swing arms
What is not considered a fault
- Small differences between the weight shown and the actual weight, within the stated ±3% tolerance. The tolerance applies to the total weight of the dumbbell, not to each plate or increment
- Slight movement of the plates when the dumbbell is lifted from the dock. This is normal and part of how the selector mechanism works. If the plates feel loose enough to slide or separate, stop using the dumbbell and contact us
Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect the rights available to you under UK consumer law.
