We’re currently experiencing longer assembly lead times in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Greater London, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.

In these areas, the next available assembly appointment may be around 4 weeks after delivery. Your local engineer will contact you directly to arrange the earliest suitable appointment.

Equipment must be in place before assembly. Keep your packaging to qualify for the 28-day returns policy.
Assembly usually takes place within 7 working days, but some areas currently have longer lead times.
Assembly services are available Monday to Friday.
A specialist engineer will contact you directly to arrange a convenient appointment time.
The engineer will fully assemble your fitness equipment during the visit.
You’ll be instructed on how to use the equipment.
A full check will be carried out to ensure everything is working correctly.
Any necessary adjustments can be made on site, so your equipment is ready to use straight away.
To honour our return policy, we advise customers to keep hold of product packaging and disassembly is not offered as standard.

*Some harder to reach postcodes may take a little longer to assemble. Your local engineer will be in touch within 7 working days to arrange assembly. Exclusions for Northern Ireland, where assembly will be booked separately with an engineer within 7 working days.

Prepare Your Space In Advance

Your equipment must be in its final position before assembly, as engineers are unable to move it for you.

Keep Packaging For Returns

Packaging cannot be removed by the engineer and must be retained to remain eligible for the 28-day money-back guarantee.
