Questions About Black Friday
Will prices drop further if I wait until Black Friday?
Our Black Friday prices are live now and run until midnight on Thursday 3rd December. We don't plan to lower them during the sale, so there's no reason to wait. Popular models sell out every year, and stock is first come, first served.
When will my order arrive?
Machines are delivered by our specialist delivery partner, BJS, usually within 1–5 working days (7–10 in some postcodes, and up to 14 for Northern Ireland). BJS will call you to book a day that suits, and a two-person team will deliver your machine.
Accessories and weights are delivered by our courier, DX, within 1–5 working days. If your order includes both, they may arrive separately.
Free delivery when you spend £99 or more, applied automatically at checkout. Orders under £99 are subject to a small delivery charge based on weight.

Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items can be returned within 28 days, just like full-price items, as long as they’re in their original packaging and in good condition. Just get in touch first. We can arrange collection, with the collection cost deducted from your refund, or you can return it to our Shoreham warehouse yourself for a full refund. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay with PayPal Pay in 3: split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments, with no late fees. Just choose PayPal at checkout.
