Delivery

All our fitness equipment is delivered free by our 2-person delivery partner, BJS. They will contact you after you order to book a delivery date that suits you.
Most UK mainland addresses: 1–5 working days, Monday to Friday. Some areas may take longer — enter your postcode at checkout to see the options available for your address.
Saturday delivery is available in selected areas for £15. Orders must be placed by Thursday 12pm. Please read our Delivery Information page for more information.

Exclusions

We're unable to deliver to some remote and rural locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and certain offshore postcodes. We are currently unable to delivery to the following postcodes:

Returns

If you would like to return your item, we offer refunds within 28 days from the date your item is delivered, as part of our 28 day money back guarantee. The product will need to be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Collection costs will be deducted from your refund and are calculated based on where you live in the UK and the weight of the fitness equipment you are returning. FID Bench Warranty
Your FID Bench is covered by a comprehensive JTX parts warranty:
- Frame: 2 years
- Functional parts: 1 year
- Wear and consumable parts: 1 year
- All other components: 1 year
Functional parts include bearings, pulleys, pull pins, adjustment knobs and pivot shafts. Wear and consumable parts include cables, handles, upholstery, padding and rubber grips.
This is a parts-only warranty and does not include labour, fitting or engineer call-out visits.
FID Bench is designed for home gyms and selected light-commercial settings, such as supervised personal training studios with modest usage. Commercial use must be approved by JTX before purchase.

Seven Positions, Including Decline

Five incline settings, flat, and a decline. The backrest pin drops into grooves along the main frame, so each position locks in. Decline is the one most benches at this price leave out.

Holds 445kg

445kg when flat, 225kg when inclined. That's the combined weight of you and whatever you're lifting.

Stands Upright When You're Done

Pin the backrest flat and the whole bench stands on its end. It's the reason this bench exists — designed for people training in a room that has to be something else for the rest of the day.

Easy To Move

Lift the front handle and the transport wheels take the weight, so you can roll it out for a session and roll it back after.
