JTX Calibre Warranty

Calibre is built for serious strength training at home, with carefully selected components designed to deliver smooth, reliable performance.

Your machine is covered by the following JTX parts warranty:

Frame and welds	10 years
Bearings and pulleys	2 years
Cables, handles, upholstery, padding and rubber grips	1 year
All other components	1 year

The warranty begins on the date your Calibre is delivered.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the machine.

Where a fault is covered, JTX will provide the appropriate replacement part required to resolve the issue.

This is a parts-only warranty. It does not include:

Engineer call-out visits
Labour or fitting costs
Dismantling or reassembly
Costs associated with moving or accessing the machine
Routine servicing or maintenance

Our customer support team will provide reasonable guidance to help you identify the fault and fit straightforward replacement parts.

Home use

The standard warranty applies when Calibre is used indoors in a private home gym by the customer and members of their household.

The extended 10-year frame warranty applies to domestic use only.

Light-commercial use

Calibre is not a full-commercial gym machine. However, it may be suitable for selected light-commercial environments where usage is controlled, modest and appropriately supervised.

Suitable settings may include:

Small personal training studios where a trainer is present
Workplace gyms with a modest number of users
Hotel or leisure facilities with light, occasional use
Schools, clubs or associations where use is supervised

Before purchasing Calibre for a business, organisation or shared facility, please contact JTX to discuss the intended use.

We will ask about:

The type of facility
Expected daily usage
Opening hours
Whether use will be supervised
The number and type of users
How the machine will be maintained

Where JTX confirms that the intended setting is suitable, Calibre will be covered by a one-year parts-only light-commercial warranty on all components, including the frame.

Commercial approval must be agreed and recorded by JTX before purchase. The domestic 10-year frame warranty does not apply to business or institutional use.

Where Calibre should not be used

Calibre is not suitable for:

Busy membership gyms
High-footfall commercial gym floors
24-hour or unsupervised facilities
Unsupervised apartment or residential amenity gyms
CrossFit-style environments involving repeated kipping, swinging or dynamic pull-up movements
Facilities where the machine will be subjected to continuous or intensive use

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or faults and damage caused by:

Misuse or accidental damage

Misuse, neglect, accidental damage or deliberate damage
Allowing the weight stacks to fall or slam repeatedly
Dropping weights, handles or attachments against the machine
Using the machine for exercises or purposes for which it was not designed
Kipping, swinging or other dynamic movements on the pull-up bar
Adding unapproved weight, resistance or attachments
Exceeding any stated user or resistance limits

Incorrect assembly or maintenance

Incorrect assembly, installation or relocation
Loose, incorrectly fitted or incorrectly tightened components
Failure to inspect or maintain the machine in accordance with the user manual
Continuing to use damaged, worn or frayed components
Repairs, alterations or modifications not approved by JTX
The use of incompatible or third-party replacement parts or attachments

Unsuitable environments

Outdoor use
Exposure to rain, water or excessive moisture
Damp, condensation or excessive humidity
Rust or corrosion caused by the installation or storage environment
Installation in a corrosive, salt-laden or chemically aggressive environment
Use on an unstable or significantly uneven surface
Damage caused by flooding, fire or other external events

Normal deterioration

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic marks, scratches, fading or discolouration
Deterioration that does not affect the safe operation of the machine
Consumable parts that have reached the end of their normal serviceable life

Wear parts remain covered against manufacturing defects during their stated warranty period. Their expected lifespan will vary depending on the frequency, intensity and conditions of use.

Making a warranty claim

To make a claim, please contact JTX Customer Support with:

Your order number
A description of the fault
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
Details of where and how the machine is being used

We may ask you to carry out some basic checks to help diagnose the problem.

For an approved light-commercial installation, we may also request details of the machine's usage and maintenance history.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect the rights available to you under UK consumer law.
