A Workout Bench Built Around Its Own Dumbbells

An adjustable workout bench with a pair of 14kg adjustable dumbbells that dock into the bench itself, rather than on the floor. Swing arms on the frame hold the dumbbells securely in place at a height that makes them easy to reach: swing them out when you're training, and back in when you're done. The dumbbells cover 1.8kg to 14.4kg across 8 settings, changed quickly and easily by twisting the handle. A compartment on each side of the bench holds small accessories, and the backrest sets to 45°, 60° or 85°.

Check It's Suitable Before You Order

Footprint: The bench is 112 x 48 x 52cm (l x w x h) with the backrest flat. With the backrest upright it's 124cm tall. Leave clear space either side for the swing arms.
Weight: The bench is 32kg and each dumbbell is 16kg, including the dock.
Capacity: Max user weight 130kg, max load 175kg.
Setup: The bench arrives assembled. The dumbbell bases will need to be fixed to the swing arms yourself.
Compatibility: JTX Adjustable Dumbbells only.

The bench is identical in both bundles. The 14kg dumbbells go up to 14.4kg across 8 settings and the 22.5kg dumbbells go up to 22.5kg across 10 settings, for heavier lifting.
