Dumbbells That Dock Into Your Bench

This bundle pairs a training bench with a pair of 22.5kg adjustable dumbbells that dock into the bench itself. Swing-arm mounts hold the pair securely in place at a height that makes them easy to reach: swing them out for your session and back in when you're done, so your weights have a home that isn't on the floor. The dumbbells cover 2.4kg to 22.5kg across 10 settings, changed by twisting the handle. A compartment on each side holds small accessories, and the backrest sets to 45°, 60° or 85°.

Footprint: The bench is 112 x 48 x 52cm (l x w x h) with the backrest flat. With the backrest upright it's 124cm tall. Leave clear space either side for the swing arms.
Weight: The bench is 32kg and each dumbbell is 24.4kg, including the dock.
Capacity: Max user weight 130kg, max load 175kg.
Setup: The bench arrives assembled. The dumbbell bases will need to be fixed to the swing arms yourself.
Compatibility: JTX Adjustable Dumbbells only.
