Delivery

All our fitness equipment is delivered free by our 2-person delivery partner, BJS. They will contact you after you order to book a delivery date that suits you.
Most UK mainland addresses: 1–5 working days, Monday to Friday. Some areas may take longer — enter your postcode at checkout to see the options available for your address.
Saturday delivery is available in selected areas for £15. Orders must be placed by Thursday 12pm.

Please note: we're unable to deliver to some remote and rural locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and certain offshore postcodes. If you're unsure, check our Delivery Information page before ordering.

Returns

If you would like to return your item, we offer refunds within 28 days from the date your item is delivered, as part of our 28 day money back guarantee. The product will need to be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Collection costs will be deducted from your refund and are calculated based on where you live in the UK and the weight of the fitness equipment you are returning.
