14kg or 22.5kg?

Both use the same twist-handle mechanism, with plates docked at the base when not in use, and both ship fully assembled. The 14kg goes from 1.8kg to 14.4kg per hand across 8 settings, at 34cm long - the more compact and lighter of the two, suited to lighter lifts or building up a routine. The 22.5kg goes from 2.3kg to 22.5kg per hand across 10 settings, at 41cm long - suited to heavier lifts or longer-term progression without needing to upgrade.

Your adjustable dumbbells are covered by a comprehensive JTX parts warranty of 1 year on all components, including the docks.
This is a parts-only warranty and does not include labour, fitting or engineer call-out visits.
Your equipment is designed for use in home gyms. Dropping or slamming the dumbbells is not covered, so please set them down gently and only change the weight in the dock.
