WarrantiesThis vibration plate comes with a three year home use warranty. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, we promise to fix it within seven days of collecting it from you. Our warranties are exceptional, covering all parts and labour costs and, most importantly, arranging the free collection and return of your machine. Most vibration plate retailers only offer a ‘return to base’ warranty, leaving you to arrange and pay for collection and returns costs of up to £150. ** We love bank holidays…. The extra time in bed, no Sunday evening blues and the 4 day week! Unfortunately our couriers also like to take bank holidays off. So that means any items ordered after lunch time on Friday 24th May will not be picked up by the Courier until Tuesday 28 May (and delivered the next day). Delivery of this machine is FREE! We work with three national courier companies to get you your new vibration plate straight away. If you purchase before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and you live in mainland UK we can deliver your machine the following business day. This is an all day courier service (8am - 6pm).
You can also select the delivery day of your choice (FREE), choose a morning delivery service (+£12) or a Saturday delivery (+£15) in the checkout process.
If you live outside of ‘mainland UK’ we unfortunately have to pass on the additional courier charges. This is usually between £40 - £60. If you would like to go ahead with your purchase you will be able to select this option in the checkout process. This includes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Having looked at numerous vibro plates on Amazon I was unsure what to go for. I phoned the very helpful staff at JTX who clearly explained the difference between the plates & recommended the PRO 10 for me. I have used each day for the last ten days, either 10 mins or 2 x 10 mins. The machine was easy to setup, noise levels low and comfortable to stand/use. I am doing various exercises, lunges, squats, plank etc & notice superb muscle tone from little effort stroke time. I am a mum of 2 (baby & toddler) & run a business so time is of the essence to me! I am happy to recommend this machine for an enjoyable workout!
