All our fitness equipment comes with a fantastic 28 day returns policy. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and we’ll do everything we can to ensure that you are.
Feel free to set our gym equipment up and test it to make sure you are happy. Should you wish to return your gym equipment, we will collect it and offer a full refund (minus our collection costs and restocking costs/fees). Please ensure that the product is returned within 28 days in original packaging and in good condition. Collection costs are calculated based on where you live in the UK and the weight of the fitness equipment you are returning. You can also arrange your own returns to our warehouse in Shoreham for a full refund, however, you must contact us to arrange this. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed from the date of collection. If we receive your machine back at our office and find damage due to poor packaging or missing parts, JTX reserves the right to charge or deduct a fee from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods. This fee can amount to 15% of the machine's value. You can contact us here for a collection quote.
Please note that our warranty is non-transferrable, once you have purchased your fitness equipment, the warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Our warranties are registered automatically when you buy, there is no admin required or warranty registration forms to fill in. Your warranty is active from the moment you receive your machine and there are no hidden terms or conditions. You can be sure you are completely covered by our comprehensive home-use warranty.
If you purchase a home use machine for a commercial property the home use warranty will not be valid, if the intended use for the machine is not in a domestic property in order to be covered by a warranty you must purchase a machine with a commercial warranty available.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your JTX machine, we will arrange for a specialist fitness equipment engineer to come to your home to fix it. The warranty includes the cost of the engineer and any parts that are needed to get you huffing and puffing again.
JTX Fitness equipment is not suitable to be stored anywhere that is not well-heated. Cold and damp conditions such as a shed or garage can cause issues including rust problems and electrical faults. To avoid an invalid warranty, we kindly ask that you keep your equipment in a well-heated environment. There are treadmill heaters available to purchase in many hardware stores across the UK to help with this.

If your machine becomes faulty after your warranty period we’ll do everything we can to provide you with an affordable solution. Contact us for more information. We also recommend the following local fitness equipment engineers should you want to organise a service or repair after your warranty has expired.
Some JTX Fitness machines have additional parts-only warranties for the motor or frame. If the frame or motor become faulty after the standard warranty has expired we will help with diagnosis over the phone and provide the appropriate motor or frame parts for fitting by a qualified fitness machine engineer. JTX Fitness will provide contact details of a local qualified engineer but do not take responsibility for the quality of installation or associated labour costs.
3 of our products are covered by commercial as well as domestic use. For commercial properties (e.g gyms, salons and health centres) we offer specialist on-site repairs. Please see the individual product pages for more details of the warranties available or contact us for more information.
For all warranty enquiries / claims, contact our friendly, UK-based, customer service team. You can deal with the same person each time you call so you won’t need to repeat yourself or be annoyingly transferred between departments.
Unfortunately our warranties do not cover the costs associated with accidental damage. This includes the misuse of machines, for instance, a claim stemming from poor customer maintenance wouldn't be covered by our warranties. However, we will do our best to help you get the fitness equipment repaired at a fair price. If we can send you parts, we will and we'll keep the charges to a minimum. If you need a visit we can put you in contact with a specialist engineer who will be able to give you a pre-visit quote.
