These ab exercises are very simple but effective. Lie down on your back. Lift your legs into a vertical position and bring your arms up. Now use your abs to pull your upper body up with the aim of touching your toes. Most people wont be able to touch their toes and the most important thing is to get your shoulders off the floor. Beginners should repeat this for thirty seconds at a time and then rest. An upward dog yoga pose is a great way to stretch out after your ab exercises.
Try these exercises on a vibration plate with a large base (we use the JTX Pro-50 Vibration Plate). Start with a low power setting (eg 30hz) and gradually increase the power and the length of your workout.
