The thigh adductor massage is the perfect exercise for alleviating aches and pains in the adductor muscles. This exercise can also be used to help speed up the recovery process after injury.
It is important that you do this exercise correctly and if you have any hesitation about performing it please speak to a medical professional.
Firstly place the soft accessory mat on to the vibration plate, this helps to ensure you are comfortable for when you engage in the exercise.
Proceed to lie down on the plate on your side lifting your legs up to your hips.
Place your forearm on the floor to support your upper body.
Ensure that your back is straight at all times. You should be able to feel a massage on the outside of your leg and hip.
You can choose to roll forwards and backwards slightly to vary both the position and intensity of the massage.
This exercise should last between 30 seconds and 90 seconds depending on what you feel is effective to your muscles.
The adductor massage should not be a strenuous exercise for your body. It should be relaxing and help ease any strain that may have occurred to your muscles.
We hope this exercise is helpful to you. For more exercises, both on and off of the vibration plate, please feel free to take a look at our other videos. If you would like any more information about any exercises on this site please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.
