Yes. You have 28 days to set up and try your equipment at home. If you decide it is not right for you, we can arrange a collection and issue a refund, minus a collection cost. To qualify, the equipment must be returned within 28 days, in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Yes. Our showroom in Shoreham-by-Sea has our full range on display, and you are welcome to try anything. No appointment is needed — just walk in.
Yes. After you place your order, our two-person delivery partner, BJS, will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Standard delivery is available Monday to Friday in all areas we cover. In some locations, a paid Saturday delivery option is also available, and this will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Our warranties covers parts and engineer call-outs if your machine develops a fault during the warranty period. Warranties are activated automatically when you buy, apply only to the original purchaser, and vary by product. Please check the Warranty information section on the relevant product page for the exact cover and duration.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, poor maintenance, or issues caused by storing equipment in cold, damp, or otherwise unsuitable environments. Rust, moisture-related faults, and damage caused by inadequate care may invalidate your warranty. If your issue is not covered, we will still do our best to help with a fairly priced repair.
